Our hire bikes are supplied by some of the leading brands available in the UK – include Volt, Haibike and Raleigh. We offer three basic styles of hire bike: road, off-road and hybrid – plus lightweight children’s cycles and trailers.
Which Bike Is Best For My Needs?
Thanks to the electrical assistance offered by an e-bike, a 20-mile ride becomes a bit of a breeze for anyone with an average level of fitness. This makes an e-bike the perfect way to explore the Forest of Bowland or the Ribble Valley without the hassle of finding a parking space or negotiating narrow country lanes.
With an effective of range of 40-60 miles depending on the model and how much assistance you use, an e-bike allows you to explore further afield without any ‘range anxiety’ – and you’ll be keeping your environmental impact and carbon footprint much lower than if you used a car.

Electric Bikes For Hire
Road Bikes
Light and fast, with crisp handling – these swift machines are better suited to more experienced riders who want to cover some serious distances purely on tarmac. Not suitable for off-road excursions.
Off-Road Bikes
Head for the hills on these rugged off-road bikes which will handle pretty much anything you throw at them. The ideal machine for getting off the beaten track to explore more challenging trails.
Hybrid Bikes
These comfortable, stable touring bikes are the ideal all-rounder. They are great on the roads, but can also handle a bit of ‘off-piste’ riding on gravel tracks and bridleways.
Children's Bikes
We also carry a selection of lightweight children’s bikes which are ideal for exploring the quiet, virtually traffic roads of the Dunsop valley less than 100 yards from our hire shop.

Full sale suspension also available from £70. Unassisted bikes at £40 per day.
