The Tenways CGO800 Plus is designed for riders who want a comfortable, practical and easy-to-live-with electric bike for everyday journeys. Its step-through 6061 aluminium frame makes getting on and off simpler, while the upright ergonomic handlebar helps create a relaxed riding position for commuting, errands and leisure rides.
Assistance comes from the TENWAYS C9 rear hub motor, delivering 45Nm of torque through a responsive torque sensor. This gives the CGO800 Plus a smooth and natural feel, with five assist modes including Boost for extra help when setting off, riding into a headwind or taking on gentle climbs.
The removable 475Wh LG lithium-ion battery offers a quoted range of up to 100km, depending on rider weight, route, assistance mode and riding conditions. A colour LCD display with app connectivity keeps ride information clear, while Shimano Claris 8-speed gearing gives useful flexibility across flatter roads, rolling lanes and everyday routes.
Comfort and practicality are where the CGO800 Plus really makes sense. The SR Suntour sprung suspension fork, 700x50c puncture-resistant tyres and Selle Royal saddle help smooth out imperfect road surfaces, while hydraulic disc brakes add reliable stopping power. Integrated full mudguards, front and rear LED lights, a kickstand and a 25kg-rated rear rack are included, making this a ready-to-ride electric commuter bike straight away.
